Up until recently, your choices for foreign auto parts was severely limited. Buying Jaguar Parts in times past left you with little choices: either the Jag dealer had what you wanted [and at a premium] or you might have gotten lucky by finding a local retailer specializing in servicing Jag models [also at a premium]. Even as the Jag dealer network expanded and the brand's popularity rose, there was still a dearth of affordable parts dealers for you to visit. You paid a mint for your Jaguar and you were expected to pay a king's ransom for replacement parts. At least that was what you were told.
The same story has been told and retold by owners of mostly all other European makes. Finding quality, discounted Audi Parts, Saab Parts, or even Volkswagen Parts was often difficult, if not impossible to do. With little choice, motorists were faced with the expensive prospect of having the dealership do the work or buying the parts from the dealer directly [and at a premium].
The rise of the internet, however, has changed all of that. Boundaries and price barriers have been broken as quality online wholesalers are now pitching their products directly to consumers. By eliminating the middle man and the resultant third party mark ups, consumers have been given a terrific choice when choosing replacement parts and accessories.
At the Auto Parts Warehouse site, for example, consumers can choose parts for a large selection of popular European, American, and Asian brands ranging from radiators, brakes, and air filters to fog lights, car covers, and bug shields and beyond. All of the leading brands are featured including Monroe, K&N, Injen, Magnaflow, Pacesetter, Lund, Husky Liners, Gibson, Covercraft, and more. No generics, just the brands and the best ones at that.
So, if you own a quality European make, be certain that the choices you have today are much better than just one generation ago. Thanks to the Auto Parts Warehouse, shopping has never been easier and prices never this reasonable.

Thank you for visiting the ECONOMECHANIX WEB SITE. Please feel free to comment. We also serve the surrounding communities of Alachua, High Springs, Hawthorne, and Newberry! Gainesville has been my home since 1974, and I've loved Gvl and the Gators since I came here in the fall of 1974 to attend the University of Florida. I loved it so much I stayed and opened my car repair business. Originally it was out of the back of a 1963 Chevrolet wagon, but in 1977 a fellow mechanic and I opened an auto repair shop with actual walls, etc. I stayed in the same location for 26 years, and recently moved my operation to property I bought 15 miles east of Gainesville. I am doing most all the repairs myself now, having reduced my overhead from $1500 per month to practically nothing. I do work by appointment only. I mostly work only on my established customers cars, but I will occasionally take on new clients. E-mail me and I will either make arrangements to look at your car, or I will recommend you to someone who will.
